• Attending to guests’ needs and requests.
• Completing guest reservations.
• Checking guests in/out.
• Clarify and provide information.
• Constantly assess and adapt current practices to perform a task better, faster, or more efficiently.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
