WHAT WE EXPECT

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Community Wellness and Integration. The Director will oversee the design and implementation of health and wellness programs, develop and lead training sessions, and foster a thriving, supportive community. Additional responsibilities include creating and managing budgets, advocating for health and wellness outcomes for team members and clients, and contributing to the overall growth and integration of wellness practices within the organization.

WHAT YOU HAVE

> Strong communication skills, including the ability to build meaningful relationships and convey ideas effectively.

> A strong desire for growth and impact

> Proven ability to design and conduct impactful training sessions focused on personal and community wellness.

> Passion for fostering a values-driven and inclusive community of growth-oriented individuals.

> Leadership experience in coordinating wellness initiatives or programs.

> Relevant professional certifications or degrees in wellness, health, or leadership fields are a plus.

WHO YOU ARE

> The Advocate: You likely have a background in Social Work (BSW/MSW), Community Organizing, or Public Health. You understand or are curious of learning more on the mind/ body connection and understand that making change starts with self.

> The Storyteller: You are a gifted communicator who can write a moving share or lead a room of 50 people in a workshop with equal ease.

> The Tech-Savvy Organizer: You are comfortable using CRMs, email marketing tools, and project management software to keep the "growth engine" running smoothly.
