Salary Range (but Not Limited To) 64,100 - 78,300 Incentive plan Annual bonus: 5% target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to 200% (subject to personal and company performance) As part of our commitment to Win As A Team, we share our success with employees through our incentive programs and Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) – with BrokerLink matching a portion of your contributions. Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, location etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well. About The Role We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our growing National Commercial Insurance team! Reporting to the Manager, Operational Performance you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and enhancing the commercial insurance (CI) content within the BRIGHT platform. This role ensures CI documentation is accurate, current, easy to find, and valuable to internal teams across BrokerLink. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage digital resources, respond to feedback, and continuously improve how CI knowledge is shared and accessed. What You’ll Do Here
- Maintain and manage CI documents within BRIGHT, including: adding, replacing, updating, and deleting documents as required
- Organize files and folders to ensure ease of access and consistent structure across BRIGHT.
- Review new documents prior to publication to ensure accuracy, relevance, and appropriate availability.
- Periodically review existing BRIGHT content to identify outdated materials and assess what should remain available to users.
- Create, update, and maintain CI pages on the BRIGHT platform.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new content sections and improve existing CI areas within BRIGHT.
- Ensure content is clear, user‑friendly, and aligned with CI standards and practices.
- Respond to feedback from internal users and stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with teams across BrokerLink to support content updates, inquiries, and improvements
- Provide support as needed on any National Commercial Insurance project as it pertains to operations.
What You Bring To The Table
- Strong research skills, with the ability to validate that information is factually accurate
- Proven problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to learn independently and adapt to new features and changes in SharePoint and related MS applications
- Strong organizational skills in a digital environment, including managing large collections of files.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Post-Secondary Education or any combination of equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial insurance experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organizatio
- Experience managing and maintaining document libraries or shared knowledge resources for a team or organization is an asset.
- Experience creating and maintaining documentation, guides, or digital resources for internal users is an asset.
- Knowledge of computer databases, information management, or digital content design.
- Exposure to or experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or other chatbot creation tools.
