Overview Brandt is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator in our Saskatoon Construction and Forestry location. This position is responsible for providing Preventive Maintenance quotes to our Sales & Customer Support Advisors as well as, the day-to-day task of supporting efficient, accurate and timely fulfillment of Brandt’s contractual Preventive Maintenance business. - Quote & Set-up of Preventive Maintenance Agreements in our contracts’ management system
- Preventive Maintenance Agreement Administration
- Track and maintain Preventive Maintenance Agreement information
- Review, close and invoice completed jobs
- Coordinate necessary service with Customers and Preventive Maintenance Technicians
- Update and maintain our pricing calculator tool
- Handle incoming Preventive Maintenance call requests from our internal and external customers
- Manage Prepaid agreements
- Utilize John Deere Link to monitor & track customer’s machines with Preventive Maintenance contracts
- Other related duties as assigned
What We Look For
- Experience and understand maintenance of construction equipment
- Experience in service delivery activities and processes
- Previous experience as a Service Writer is preferred
- Strong communication skills; timeliness, organized, and high attention to detail
- Ability to in multi-task at a high-volume workload environment
- Knowledge of contracts and associated processes’ management
- Sound knowledge of MS Office software tools; Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, etc.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed, logical decisions
