Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is a dynamic and growing company, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our team in Regina, Saskatchewan. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and the Director of Talent, the Human Resources Advisor plays a vital role in supporting a diverse range of Human Resource functions. This specialized position involves managing employee relations, interpreting, and administering policies, facilitating workplace practices, and providing guidance on various HR matters. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a proactive approach to workplace dynamics.
  • Policy Administration: Interpret and administer HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to implement performance management processes and contribute to the development of performance improvement plans.
  • Discipline: Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies, ensuring fair and consistent application. Provide guidance on termination procedures when necessary.
  • Employment Law: Stay informed on employment laws and regulations, while working alongside the legal team to advise management on compliance and potential impact on HR practices.
  • Employment Contracts: Assist in the creation and review of employment contracts ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Succession and Workforce Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of succession and workforce planning initiatives to support talent development and retention.
  • Salary and Compensation: Collaborate with senior managers to maintain salary and compensation processes.
  • Other duties as required.
