About The Role Brand Momentum Inc. is seeking a highly driven and hands-on Field Manager to support and elevate retail performance across British Columbia. While this role carries the title of Field Manager, it is deeply rooted in the day-to-day execution of the field. This individual will operate as both a strategic leader and an active field lead — directly supporting store execution, coaching Sales Representatives in-market, and ensuring consistent delivery of KPIs and customer experience standards. This is a high-visibility leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and is passionate about building high-performing teams. Key ResponsibilitiesField Leadership & Execution
- Conduct regular planned store visits across the territory.
- Provide in-field coaching, performance feedback, and on-the-job training.
- Support retail teams in achieving sales targets and KPI objectives.
- Actively assist with store challenges, merchandising, and customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure operational excellence and SOP adherence across locations.
Team Development & Accountability
- Lead weekly 1:1 meetings with Sales Representatives.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive accountability.
- Model best-in-class customer experience and sales behaviors.
- Identify development opportunities and build high-performing teams.
Business Growth & Territory Management
- Execute corporate strategies to drive revenue and territory growth.
- Gather in-store insights and provide clear, actionable reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and brand standards.
- Represent field insights in leadership discussions and client updates.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail sales leadership or field management experience.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and drive team performance.
- Strong sales acumen and results-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Must have access to a vehicle and be willing to travel throughout BC and Alberta.
- Criminal background check required.
