Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in promotional environments such as shopping centres and events.
• Explain credit-card product details clearly and professionally.
• Assist customers with applications, ensuring all compliance and documentation standards are met.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming promotional space.
• Report activity results and feedback to campaign leads.
