What You’ll Do
- Manage in-field brand campaigns across Canada, driving awareness and sign-ups for financial products.
- Coordinate with marketing leaders, field teams, and partner locations to ensure smooth and impactful delivery.
- Coach and support front-line ambassadors, ensuring they’re confident, informed, and motivated.
- Analyze campaign performance data, translate insights into actionable improvements, and report outcomes.
- Maintain alignment with the client’s mission, brand voice, and customer experience standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience or ambition in campaign management, brand marketing, or in-person promotions.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical thinking — you can spot trends and act quickly.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
