Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role located in North Vancouver, BC. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to understand and fulfill their needs, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a welcoming shopping environment. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product choices, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, processing transactions, and supporting merchandising efforts. The role requires enthusiasm for customer interaction and familiarity with lifestyle and activewear products. Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of retail operations, including transactions and store organization
• Knowledge of lifestyle and activewear brands such as Vans, Adidas, and Converse
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an asset
• Passion for active or lifestyle apparel and a positive, engaging attitude
