___________________________________________________________ This is a permanent, full-time role with guaranteed 40 hours per week and great benefits!Responsibilities
- Ensure proper maintenance and service furnaces
- Repair/replace furnaces as required
- Exhaust fan repair and service
- New capital refrigeration installations
- Ensure proper maintenance and service on MUA, rooftop and refrigeration units
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on HVAC control systems
- Maintain proper records of inspections
- Complete all required paperwork and other tasks as assigned
Experience And Educational Requirements
- Valid Journeyman Certificate as an HVAC Technician, Red Seal is an asset
- Able to work on units up and above 5 tons
- 3 to 5 years residential / commercial experience required
Technical Requirements
- Experience installing and doing service work and troubleshooting on heat pumps
- Previous experience doing inspections on heating and domestic hot water boilers
- Working knowledge of English language both verbal and written
- Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset
Non-Technical Requirements
- Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting
- Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to take responsibility for all actions and decisions and to follow through until a resolution is obtained
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work independently (self-managed) and with other Associates in a team environment
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and enthusiasm

- Vehicle required
- Valid driver's license required
- On call and overtime required
