Role Description

This is a temporary, seasonal part-time role for a Luxury Sales Associate, located on-site in Toronto, ON. The Luxury Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding and styling cashmere pieces, maintaining store appearance, and supporting sales goals. The role involves greeting customers, understanding their needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a customer facing role
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Sales skills and experience in styling and wardrobing.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborates effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for fashion and familiarity with cashmere products
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus
