Financial Analyst, FP&A

Role:

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing FP&A team and gain exposure to a broad range of business operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business unit leaders in evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations.
• Conduct detailed analysis of store KPIs, sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial performance reports for senior management.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, or audit.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and experience in financial modeling.
• Bilingual (French and English) with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
