Conseiller(ère) juridique principal(e) - Legal Counsel

Est une entreprise de génie civil dans la région de Québec.
Responsabilités
- Conseiller l'entreprise sur divers aspects juridiques : corporatif, contrats, ressources humaines et conformité réglementaire.
- Rédiger, réviser et gérer la documentation juridique.
- Coordonner et superviser les litiges en collaboration avec des conseils externes.
- Gérer les incidents sur les chantiers et les questions de conformité (SAAQ, CNESST, etc.).
- Assurer une veille juridique pour rester à jour sur la législation pertinente.
- Former les équipes aux meilleures pratiques juridiques, à la conformité et aux enjeux contractuels.
Qualifications
- Avocat.e ou Notaire avec 4 à 8 ans d’expérience, idéalement en droit civil, commercial ou de la construction.
- Expérience en droit corporatif au sein d’entreprises d’ingénierie ou de construction est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction, négociation et résolution de problèmes.
- Approche pragmatique et orientée business.
- Maîtrise professionnelle du français écrit et compétence fonctionnelle en anglais.

Qualifications

- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Pragmatic and business-oriented approach.
- Professional written French and functional English proficiency.
