PARTS MANAGER

Parts Manager Reporting Relationship: This role reports to the Fixed Operations Manager. Job Summary The Parts Manager will play an integral role in the efficient operation of Birchwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Parts Department. This position will strive for a profitable parts department through proper allocation of dealership resources, parts inventories and purchasing, staff management, pricing, and advertising. This position will prepare and administer the annual parts operating budget and must maintain a balanced inventory that is aligned with all stakeholders throughout the Group. Hiring, training, and motivating all parts department staff will be a major focus in this role. Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead a team in a high-paced environment
• Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience as Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager is considered an asset
• Demonstrated success in maximizing efficiency through process development and implementation
• Tire selling and after-market performance parts knowledge an asset
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Clear Credit and Criminal Record Check
• Valid 5F driver’s license, and clear drivers abstract, and own transportation to and from work is required
