Full Stack Product Engineer ( Fractional )

Summary We’re looking for a hands‑on full‑stack product engineer to be our first dedicated developer hire. You’ll work closely with the founder to deliver features for both our client‑facing platform and our internal console. This is a build‑first role where you’ll develop responsive UIs, secure backend APIs, and maintain code quality while working in an AI‑assisted development environment. Responsibilities

• Build modern, responsive web UIs in a component‑driven framework.
• Implement backend services and API integrations with external platforms.
• Maintain secure, multi‑tenant data access patterns.
• Develop and maintain authentication and role‑based access control flows.
• Write automated tests to ensure reliability and maintainability.
• Use AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with the founder on product priorities and delivery timelines.

Skills & Experience

• Proven full‑stack SaaS development experience (frontend + backend).
• Experience integrating with third‑party APIs.
• Strong understanding of multi‑tenant application security.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, early‑stage environment
