Beautiques is a brand-new boutique medical spa opening soon in Edmonton, specializing in

advanced, non-invasive treatments powered by BTL’s industry-leading technologies. This is an

exciting ground-floor opportunity to be part of our launch team and shape the clinic’s future from

day one. We are looking for a skilled Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join us in

building something special—delivering exceptional client experiences, driving results, and

growing alongside the business.

Role Overview

As our in-clinic technician, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering treatments with BTL devices,

while also playing a key role in consultations and client relationships. This position is ideal for

someone who thrives in a start-up environment, is motivated by growth opportunities, and is

passionate about both technical excellence and turning consultations into sales. This role

requires a blend of technical expertise, professionalism, and client care to ensure every patient

receives a high-quality experience.

Responsibilities

● Perform a variety of treatments using BTL technologies (including EMSELLA®, EMFACE®, EMSCULPT NEO®, EXION ™, EXOMIND ™.)

● Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment benefits,

and recommend tailored solutions.

● Convert consultations into sales by creating treatment plans that align with client

goals while clearly communicating value and expected outcomes.

● Maintain detailed treatment records and uphold strict hygiene and infection control

standards.

● Support the clinic team in creating a welcoming, professional, and client-first

atmosphere.

● Actively promote services, treatment packages, and retail products to maximize results

and revenue.

Qualifications

● 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Aesthetician or Laser Technician, or completion

of a recognized Laser Technician Certificate program.

● Strong knowledge of medical aesthetics, skin physiology, and laser safety.

● Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach.

● Detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding results.

● Comfortable working with advanced technologies and learning new treatment protocols.
