Location: Waterpark Place, 10 Bay Street Suite 400, 20 Bay Street Suite 800, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M5J 2N8
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Time Zone: EST
Duration: 12 months +
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager V to support a high-visibility, enterprise-wide compensation initiative. This role requires a strong blend of management consulting discipline and SaaS-based project execution experience, operating in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
The ideal candidate will bring a structured, consulting-driven approach to problem-solving, along with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment, manage complex project plans, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram and Project Leadership
- Own and manage the end-to-end project plan, including milestones, dependencies, and timelines
- Lead recurring project meetings, including agenda setting, facilitation, and action tracking
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution across teams
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including HR, Engineering, Compensation, and Operations
- Translate complex concepts into clear, concise communication for various audiences
- Build strong working relationships to ensure alignment and seamless execution
Requirements Gathering and Documentation
- Facilitate sessions to gather business and technical requirements
- Create and maintain project documentation including requirements, process flows, status reports, and decision logs
Execution and Delivery Excellence
- Track progress against project plans and provide regular status updates
- Support testing cycles, change management, and readiness activities
- Ensure alignment with end-to-end compensation processes and operational timelines
Required Qualifications
- Management consulting background from Big 4 or major consulting firms
- Strong project management experience within a SaaS company environment
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Basic understanding of end-to-end compensation processes
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with compensation structures and systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce (org62 preferred)
- Experience in M&A or large-scale transformation initiatives
- Exposure to enterprise SaaS implementations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Experience working across multiple teams and driving cross-collaboration
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to lead without authority
- Structured thinker with a consulting-style approach to problem solving
