Following sustained growth over recent years, the Québec City office has reached a critical scale, supported by strong leadership and expertise across diverse disciplines. As a key member of a collaborative, multidisciplinary leadership team, you’ll be responsible for managing the office’s human, financial and material resources, while overseeing the activities required to achieve BBA’s operational and strategic objectives. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering complex projects of varying sizes within the Mining, Renewable Energy, Chemical and Industrial markets. • Develop and implement a strategic vision to achieve BBA’s Operations and Sales plan, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives

Summary Of Certifications And Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a member in good standing with the OIQ
• Over 15 years of relevant experience in consulting engineering
• In-depth knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering and project management
• Experience in engaging and managing technical teams
• Excellent soft skills and collaborative management skills
• Experience and interest in business development
• Demonstrated experience in achieving operational KPIs and driving performance improvements
• As an ambassador of the firm’s values, promote them and lead by example
