Join a high-performing team at a leading bank, focused on Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Transformation. We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the Square North Integration initiative, driving complex projects with strategic oversight and minimal direction.
You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project plans, monitoring performance, identifying risks, and managing executive-level reporting. This role requires deep expertise in project management principles, business consulting, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll lead status reviews, guide business decisions, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Work arrangements are hybrid, with a blend of remote and in-office collaboration. Specific details will be discussed during the interview process.
🔑 How You’ll Succeed
- Project Management: Define goals, scope, resources, and budgets. Build inclusive resource plans and continuously improve team practices.
- Collaboration: Partner across departments to guide program development. Mentor teams and negotiate deliverables and milestones.
- Project Coordination: Identify risks, monitor milestones, and balance budget, time, and risk.
- Communication & Influence: Share ideas, build consensus, and lead impactful meetings.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate trusted partnerships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Leadership: Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence.
👤 Who You Are
- 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives
- Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex project issues
- Degree or diploma in a related field (PMP certification is a plus)
- Passionate about collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement
- Driven to succeed and make a meaningful impact
- Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity
- Committed to values like trust, teamwork, and accountability

- 7–10 years of experience as a PM in cross-functional environments
- Experience in real estate or workplace transformation/relocation projects
- Proven ability to engage executives and senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Project
- Expertise in developing and executing detailed project plans

- Experience in financial institutions
- PMP certification
