Banyan Capital partners, part of Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group, is seeking to hire a Healthcare Consultant for its portfolio company, MIP. If you are a results-driven sales professional with a passion for healthcare and relationship management, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization that is helping shape healthier care environments across Canada. Reporting to the leadership team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding client relationships across the GTA and Eastern Ontario territory. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, regular travel throughout the territory, and opportunities to travel across Canada for meetings, training, and industry events. What You Will Do

  • Drive sales growth and achieve targets for MIP’s healthcare textile solutions
  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies across the GTA and Eastern Ontario region
  • Manage the full sales cycle, delivering exceptional client service and support throughout the process
  • Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, helping address operational and product-related challenges
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support business development strategies
  • Represent MIP at industry events, trade shows, customer meetings, and training sessions
  • Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and occasionally across Canada

What You Bring

  • 5–10 years of sales experience within healthcare, B2B sales, textile solutions, or a related industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic and consultative sales approach with the ability to manage a geographically diverse territory
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Adaptable, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory

The salary for this position is $75,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus and a commission plan which contributes to the total compensation for this position.
