Primary Role
To consistently achieve regional sales goals by developing and effectively implementing marketing and sales strategies, and tactics.
Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for achieving sales goals in the region by developing new customer accounts and ensuring on-going customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and follow-up.
The strategic development and executions of various marketing initiatives with accounts (i.e. digital marketing campaigns, newsletters, advertising)
Accountable for the coordination of all aspects of events including trade shows, conferences, educational events, workshops and meetings
To be the key point of contact for regional influencers and KOLs and position AVARI products in accordance with the marketing plan.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of AVARI’s products /services; sales objectives and strategies, pricing and delivery policies and practices to be able to respond to customer needs.
Demonstrate advanced product knowledge of competitive products, and the Aesthetic Industry.
Establish positive and productive relationships within the assigned region and accounts.
Prioritize efforts and resources based on an understanding of products, territory, and the marketplace for effective coverage of key customers and networks.
Analyze sales performance and adjusts business plan and approach accordingly.
Maintain up-to-date call records for all accounts and contacts, and submit reports and paperwork accurately and on time.
Represent a positive and professional image of AVARI externally and internally.
Consult with management on unusual problems or situations.
Participate in sales meetings, industry meetings, conventions and training programs as required.
Maintain compliance with all company and regulatory policies.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor or Master Degree in Health Sciences or in Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within the aesthetic industry is required
A Valid Canadian Driver’s License
A broad range of customer management experience (ie, specialists, GP/Dermatologist/ Plastic Surgeons, RN’s) is an asset;
Must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English for all provinces except the province of Quebec where both French and English are required.
Recognized credibility with KOL’s in the aesthetic and cosmetic industry
Experience in market data analysis and in building tactical sales plan at national level.
Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, Magento and Excel in particular.
