Our Team is expanding, and we are seeking a personable individual to join our Technical Installation Team. As a Technician within the team, you will be responsible for the integration of Nurse-call, CCTV, Access Control and other Communication solutions in Health Care, Schools, and other business settings. We are looking for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and an eagerness to learn.

What you will be doing:

  • Perform installation of cabling and systems in healthcare, Educational and Commercial Facilities.
  • Perform set-up and functional testing, which includes programming, testing and remedying software.
  • Perform Service calls
  • Maintain daily communication.
  • Ongoing product knowledge and learning.
  • Adhere to and understand health and safety standards for all phases of the job.
  • This position will be travelling to job sites, out of town and after hours as required.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in structured cabling, nurse call, security systems, or audio-visual integration.
  • Knowledge of computer and network technology.
  • Great communications skills, high ethical standards, and able to work independently as well as lead teams.
  • Strong organizational skills & detail oriented.
  • Product knowledge of Rauland Products an asset.
  • Valid Driver’s License, a clean Driver's Abstract and clean security check
  • Knowledge on 2 or more systems (CCTV, Access Control, Nurse Call or Clock Systems etc)
  • Experience leading jobs.
