What we’re looking for:
You have a passion for advertising and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get the job done. You’re a quick learner and can multi-task to help execute projects with flawless attention to detail.
Ideally you have a related educational background, some experience in an agency environment and are looking to hone your advertising skills while contributing to a team effort to produce breakthrough creative across multiple disciplines.
We are a creative shop that prides ourselves on doing the un-thinkable and seeing the world differently.
Responsibilities:
- Updates and issues status reports with input from the team + leads as required
- Produces estimates, timelines, and contact reports with input from Account Managers/Supervisors and/or Project Managers
- Updates timelines on a regular basis to reflect the current status of projects
- Responsible for assisting the Account Manager/Account Director with the overall day-to-day workflow of projects
- Acts as a filter for perfection with an extreme attention to detail to ensure flawless execution
- Updates, maintains and issues BCRs for client portfolio
- Develop a deep understanding of the client business in order to add efficiency and effectiveness to work
- Monitors industry, cultural and technological trends and reports findings of interest to team.
- Admin tasks as required to keep client work progressing with success
Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in fast paced, multitasking professional environment
- Passionate about advertising and has an insatiable desire to learn and grow professionally
- Ability to work across traditional and digital accounts landscape
- Articulate – outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid people skills and emotional intelligence
- Flexible, adaptive, intuitive and resourceful
- Diplomatic
- Contributes – to developing ideas, making great things happen, to agency culture
- Can work independently but knows when to seek guidance
- Phenomenal attention to detail
- Experience in marketing or advertising in previous roles an asset
