Department: Repair & Care, ReBird

Reports to: ReBird Operations Lead

Location: New Westminster

Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:

As the ReBird Coordinator, you are responsible for maintaining the flow of ReBird product to our internal and external partners. You will support the ReBird business team to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the used gear to repair workflows. To do this you will collaborate and work cross functionally with multiple teams inclusive of design, repair, engineering, and raw material planning.

Meet Your Future Team:

The ReBird team is constantly looking for new ways to extract more use out of our products and how to process more of it. Be a part of the initiative that is keeping as much of our gear in the field and not the landfill.

If you were our ReBird Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Manage our ReBird product through end-to-end circular processes
  • Support ReBird special projects to help promote the initiative
  • Establish and document workflows for operational processes, including used-gear and materials handling
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve productivity, especially at each stage of our end-to-end processes
  • Monitor and report inventory and KPIs at each stage of our end-to-end circular processes
  • Participate in training on procedures, functional repair solutions and standards
  • Collaborate with all relevant partners in maintaining Arc’teryx’ standards and quality on all products
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned

Are you our next ReBird Coordinator?

  • You have 1+ years of experience in a coordinator role or similar
  • You have garment knowledge
  • You have a passion for sustainability
  • You have experience with MRP systems
  • You are able to work both independently and within a team
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • You are proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • You seek and execute the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • You drive breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
