About This RoleAs a Property Manager at Regina Memorial Gardens located in Regina, Saskatchewan, you will be responsible for supervising all aspects of cemetery care, providing guidance to your team, and delivering top notch customer service. Reporting to the Regional Property Manager you will be co-operating with all divisions of the company to maintain a harmonious working environment. This position is Monday to Friday based on a 40-hour work week schedule with overtime as required. Regina Memorial Gardens has over 45 developed acres and performs more than 470 interments annually. The property includes an onsite reception center, funeral home, administration and sales office and indoor Mausoleum and Columbarium. Job Type: Full Time, permanent Key Qualifications And Demonstrated Abilities
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract and minimum grade 12 education is required.
- A minimum of one (1) year previous general management experience in a landscape and/or property management setting and a demonstrated interest in working outdoors.
- Health and Safety training.
- IPM certification would be an asset.
- Intermediate competency in MS Office software; Word and Excel.
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs.
- Superior communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities
- Prioritizing, assigning, managing and performing all work activities at the property.
- Recruiting, orienting, training and evaluating all property staff while, maintaining a high level of morale and a safe working environment are key components of the position.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and motivate people while fostering a positive working environment.
- Preparing the annual budget, setting and meeting stated goals and objectives, and ensuring the implementation of and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Other duties or special projects as required.
