Contract Controller

Contract Controller - $50-$80 p.h. range

Our client in the Construction industry, is seeking an Controller on a Contract basis to join their team!

Our client is after someone with either manufacturing or construction experience.

Please note, only candidates living in Calgary will be considered.About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Full cycle accounting under ASPE;
• Month end reporting;
• Budgeting and forecasting;
• Preparing private company financial reporting packages;
• Project cost accounting, cost reconciliations and project cost allocations;
• Preparing tax returns, including T2's, T5018's and partnership returns.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• 2+ years similar experience in the construction industry;
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• 5+ years in a progressive accounting role;
• Strong excel (pivot tables, vlookups at a minimum
• Ideally designated or working towards their designation.
