Our client is seeking a Brand Sample Coordinator to support the Studio Sample team and maintain the Studio Sample Room. This position plays a key role within the Brand Studio, acting as a main point of contact for all sample-related tasks.
The is a 1 year contract role, based onsite in the client's North Vancouver studio.
Responsibilities
Sample Management & Coordination
- Monitor sample arrivals, unbox daily deliveries, and check in all studio samples.
- Place and process sample orders and returns using SAP software.
- Track, organize, and maintain the sample library to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Pull samples for on-model and off-model photo shoots as needed.
- Assist with laundering and care of samples.
- Support the seasonal transition and organization of studio samples.
Studio Operations & Support
- Maintain inventory of styling props and studio assets.
- Collaborate with the Styling and Studio teams to ensure timely access to required samples.
- Provide general in-studio and sample room support as needed.
Future Initiatives
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sample library processes and organization systems.
- Support the Styling team with sample requests, orders, and special project needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in a related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in sample coordination, fashion, or studio operations.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning and navigating new software and systems.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in e-commerce studios or photo shoot environments.
- Familiarity with SAP and Creative Force software.
- Previous experience in high-volume or fast-paced production settings.
- Flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity or shifting priorities.
