About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected organization within the public sector financial services space, is seeking a seasoned Branch Administrator to provide high level administrative and operational support to a dynamic leadership team. This role sits at the heart of a busy branch, ensuring operations run smoothly while supporting initiatives tied to planning, reporting, and governance.
You will collaborate closely with leaders, professionals, and cross functional partners across the organization. Your Responsibilities
- You will coordinate branch wide administrative processes across HR, finance, IT, and office services
- In this role, you will manage complex calendars, communications, and travel arrangements for leadership
- You will lead the planning and logistics for meetings, presentations, and large scale events
- You will track budgets, reconcile expenses, and prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- In this role, you will prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholders
- You will support project tracking, reporting cycles, and follow ups related to audit and risk action plans
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive senior administrative experience in a professional office environment
- Post secondary education in business administration or a related field
- Strong financial tracking and reporting skills, including expense reconciliation
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
