This position is critical to advancing our digital transformation strategy by enabling transparent communication, fostering stakeholder trust, and driving adoption across business functions, with a focus on supply chain and enterprise technology programs such as SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Communication Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute communication plans aligned with program milestones and organizational priorities.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to tailor messaging for diverse audiences (executives, managers, end users).
  • Create communication roadmaps that integrate with overall OCM and project delivery timelines.

Content Development & Delivery

  • Draft and edit communication materials including newsletters, FAQs, presentations, intranet content, and executive updates.
  • Design engaging visuals, infographics, and digital content to simplify complex transformation topics.
  • Ensure consistency of tone, branding, and messaging across all communication channels.

Stakeholder Engagement & Change Readiness

  • Partner with change leads to deliver targeted messaging that addresses stakeholder concerns and readiness gaps.
  • Support leadership in delivering key messages through town halls, video updates, and workshops.
  • Facilitate feedback loops to capture stakeholder sentiment and adjust communication strategies accordingly.

Governance & Standards

  • Maintain communication templates, guidelines, and best practices to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Support communication governance through alignment with corporate standards and compliance requirements.
  • Track communication effectiveness using surveys, analytics, and adoption metrics.

Collaboration & Integration

  • Work closely with OCM leads, training teams, and program managers to integrate communication activities into broader change initiatives.
  • Align communication deliverables with training, adoption, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Provide input into change impact assessments and readiness reporting.

Qualifications Required

  • 10+ years of experience in communications, organizational change management, or corporate communications.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver communication strategies for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP-enabled transformation programs (S/4HANA, IBP, Ariba, etc.).
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Hands-on experience with digital communication tools (SharePoint, Teams, intranet platforms).
  • Knowledge of graphic design or visual communication tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Relevant certifications in communications, change management, or project management.

Why Join Us

  • Play a key role in shaping the voice of enterprise transformation programs.
  • Enable successful adoption of modern supply chain and enterprise solutions through clear, engaging communication.
  • Collaborate with high-performing technical and functional teams in an innovative environment.
  • Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a culture of continuous learning.
