Role Description
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Finance Manager to join our F&I team at Alsport Sales Ltd in Regina, SK. This is a full-time, on-site position, As the Finance Manager in the F&I department, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with financing options, managing the finance process, upselling insurances and warranties and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
We are looking for a potential candidate with experience and strong selling skills who can earn a guaranteed income of $100,000 per year. Additionally, through commission-based incentives, you have the opportunity to exceed this guaranteed income. You will receive either the guaranteed income or commission, whichever is higher.
Job Description:Customer Financing: Assist customers with financing options for vehicles, parts, and accessories. Assess financial situations and credit history to determine eligibility.
Cash-to-Finance Ratio: Maintain a balanced ratio to ensure dealership profitability and optimize financing opportunities.
Insurance & Warranties: Actively upsell insurance and warranty products to increase dealership revenue.
Documentation: Prepare and ensure the accuracy of financing paperwork, including loan agreements and credit applications.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service throughout the financing process, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Credit Analysis: Analyze credit reports and determine appropriate financing terms, negotiating favorable conditions.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Implement risk mitigation procedures.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with lenders and financial partners to secure favorable terms.
Reporting & Administration: Track and report on finance and insurance sales, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Finance and powersport products and a desire to share that knowledge with customers.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in sales or Finance in the Automotive or Powersport industry.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building customer relationships.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an asset, but not required.
