ASI has operations throughout North America, Asia, Africa, India, and the Caribbean, and it assists its clients in exporting/importing shipments ranging from general cargo to dangerous goods and high value goods. ASI works with a large network of airlines, including several dedicated freighter operators, to facilitate the movement of cargo to virtually any international destination.

Job Description:

📍 Location: Montreal, Quebec

Airline Services International Inc. (ASI), a leader in the air cargo industry, is looking for a bilingual (French & English), results-driven Assistant Manager to oversee our Quebec operations. This is a high-impact role focused on staff management, regional sales development, and full P&L responsibility.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional operations and staff (Montreal-based)
  • Grow sales, tonnage, and airline client market share
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
  • Collaborate with national sales, ops & finance teams
  • Identify market opportunities and close performance gaps

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent experience
  • 5–7 years in air cargo or logistics sales/management
  • Bilingual (English & French)
  • Strong leadership and financial management skills
  • Knowledge of IATA, ICAO, and TSA regulations and requirements
  • Experience with Cargo Management Systems, and other supply chain software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with freight forwarding clients and airline partners
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
