What The Shipper Role Is About

• Handle shipping & receiving duties including the ability to pick, organize & pack jobs going out to the field.
• Perform work activities safely and in accordance to good manufacturing practices.
• Cover employee absences to meet production needs in shipping, loading, or depalletizing as a "floater."

What You Need To Be a Shipper

• Available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays;
• Capacity to work in a 0 to 4 degrees celsius environement;
• Capacity to lift and handle 50 pounds;
• Team player who also has the proven ability to work independently;
• Demonstrate consistency, quality and accuracy in their work performance;
• Forklift and pallet jack experience is an asset;
• Must be able to obtain an air brakes endorsement;
