Property Manager & Administrative Assistant

Agos Property Management

Agos Property Management is a growing real estate management company focused on delivering exceptional service to property owners and tenants while maximizing the performance of real estate investments.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Manager & Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, and ensuring properties run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with contractors and tenants
  • Schedule property inspections and ensure properties are well maintained
  • Assist with tenant communications, notices, and general inquiries
  • Support leasing activities including scheduling showings and preparing lease documentation
  • Maintain accurate property and tenant records

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to management and operations
  • Organize documents, contracts, and property files
  • Assist with rent tracking and payment records
  • Coordinate appointments, service providers, and vendor communications
  • Prepare reports and assist with operational tasks as needed

Operations & Coordination

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of managed properties
  • Follow up with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed on time
  • Help maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Assets

  • Experience in property management or real estate
  • Knowledge of leasing processes and tenant relations
  • Experience coordinating maintenance or working with contractors
