Agos Property Management is a growing property management company specializing in residential rental properties. We work closely with property owners and tenants to ensure smooth leasing, quality service, and well-managed properties.
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Leasing Coordinator to support day-to-day leasing operations. This role combines administrative support with front-line leasing responsibilities, including conducting showings, responding to inquiries, processing applications, and onboarding new tenants.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeasing & Showings
- Conduct in-person and virtual property showings
- Respond to rental inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely manner
- Qualify prospective tenants and schedule appointments
- Maintain strong knowledge of available inventory and pricing
Tenant Communication
- Answer inbound calls and respond to tenant/prospect inquiries
- Provide professional and timely follow-ups
- Act as a first point of contact for leasing-related questions
Application Processing
- Review rental applications for completeness and accuracy
- Perform preliminary screening (income, credit, references)
- Coordinate with management for approvals/denials
- Prepare lease documents and supporting paperwork
Tenant Onboarding
- Set up approved tenants in property management systems/portals
- Coordinate lease signing and move-in details
- Ensure all required documentation is collected prior to occupancy
Utility & Compliance Coordination
- Verify utility account setup prior to move-in
- Ensure compliance with lease requirements and company policies
- Assist with maintaining accurate tenant records
Administrative Support
- Maintain organized digital and physical files
- Update listings and availability across platforms
- Assist with general office and leasing coordination tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with phone-based and in-person interactions
- Experience with property management software (an asset)
