We’re looking for a People Services Manager, located near a major airport in the United States or Canada, to join our North America People Services team. What You’ll Do As a colleague in our People Services team, you’ll play a critical role in delivering a high-quality, compliant, and people-focused experience across the employee lifecycle. You are responsible for supporting the development of the overall HR strategy (where applicable) and managing or performing work across multiple Human Resources sub-families. Activities include:

  • General Human Resources and policy development, administration, and compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and employees on a range of people matters, including complex employee relations issues. You will conduct investigations and help resolve complaints in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.
  • Partner with our People Business Partners and People Team Centers of Expertise to lead and support regional and global HR initiatives/projects, training, and cyclical events that align with business goals and enhance our people experience.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and employees on a range of people matters, including complex employee relations issues. You will conduct investigations and help resolve complaints in a fair, consistent, and legally compliant manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment legislation (United States and Canada) and internal policies by maintaining up-to-date documentation such as employment contracts.
  • Promote adoption of our HRIS (Workday) by coaching managers and employees to navigate systems, follow processes, and make use of available tools and resources.
  • Use people data and case management insights to identify trends and recommend improvements that drive service quality and better colleague experiences.
  • Lead, coach, and support the People Services team (Advisors and Senior Advisors) in delivering seamless HR operations, including onboarding, employee data management, benefits, and offboarding—collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure an excellent end-to-end experience.
  • Employee hiring, on boarding, termination, and records maintenance.
  • On boarding, engagement and retention.

You'll Have The Following Skills And Experience

  • Five to seven years as a HR professional - Bachelor's degree in HR/similar field or able to show a proven record of knowledge and know how.
  • Excellent service orientation with the ability to build strong relationships with regional teams and business stakeholders, with evidence of working across geographical and cultural differences.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Proven project management and continuous improvement skills and the ability to drive initiatives to successful completion.
  • Fluent English required and business fluent in French would be advantageous
