Product Analysts – Online Digital & Lending Solutions

Job Description:

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for Product Analysts to join our Online Digital and Lending Solutions domains. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in business analysis along with practical experience in testing. This combination is key to effectively gathering and analyzing requirements, validating proposed solutions, and ensuring smooth and high-quality product delivery. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to support digital initiatives and deliver impactful customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.

• Create, manage, release (production & ITE)

• Evaluate/develop business requirements.

• Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.

• Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.

• Document and Execute/Test user story acceptance testing

• Provide user story and solution support to team members.

• Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.

• Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.

• Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.

Qualifications:

• Attention to detail, curious, experience working in agile, ability to understand different viewpoints of stakeholders
