Our team is looking for a temporary Web & Digital Communications Lead who will manage Affinity’s external website and digital channels projects. The ideal candidate will have advanced experience with all aspects of website design including SEO, digital UX practices, content management systems and understanding of development languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript. What you’ll do:
- Manage all planning, implementation, monitoring, auditing, and testing of Affinity’s external website and digital channels while ensuring full compliance with trademarks and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement through regular review and analysis of the website functionality and collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and implement changes.
- Lead interface with IT partners on complex website development and performance issues.
- Develop standard reporting for digital channels, compile data, and research leading practices in order to present recommendations for enhancements or additional communication channels.
- Support the development of creative content for use on Affinity’s digital channels

What you’ve got:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of website design and management including search engine optimization, digital UX practices, content management systems, and development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes.
- Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing cloud would be considered an asset
