Our team is looking for a Marketing Advisor who will develop and implement marketing plans to drive member growth, market engagement and brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating data insights to create innovative marketing strategies.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development, design and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Utilize and apply innovative approaches to translate insights and data driven strategies into coordinated campaigns across integrated channels.
- Oversees sponsorship and market engagement activities with a focus on brand recognition, business development and lead generation.
- Manage and report on marketing budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand development, campaigns, and corporate sponsorships.
- Collaborate with leaders and employees across the organization to provide advice and support on market engagement activities, campaign execution and sponsorship activations.

What you’ve got:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven success in the development design and execution of marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices for building a brand online.
- Experience creating content in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office programs, or other similar platforms.
- Ability to conduct and use leading practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes.
- Experience with Salesforce or Salesforce Marketing cloud would be considered an asset.
