Our team is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team at Affinity! This role will work collaboratively and use a data-driven mindset to support the HR team through research, analysis, and reporting for HR programs and Total Rewards enhancements. What you’ll do:
- Participate in the development and maintenance of total rewards and workforce programs, systems, and tools
- Monitor, track, and perform analysis of incentive compensation results and payments to ensure program alignment and accuracy in reporting
- Performs compensation research, costing, and analysis related to base salary, incentive compensation programs, job design, and evaluation
- Maintain various HR programs, including the job evaluation program and workforce planning analytics

What you’ve got:
- A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR analysis, compensation, and elements of total rewards systems
- Working knowledge of strategic human resources practices, including strategic workforce planning
- Ability to leverage data and technology to implement leading practices in all areas of work
