AP Finance Clerk

Job Description:

On behalf of our Healthcare Client Sector, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Finance Clerk (entry level) to assist with high-volume transactional processing.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice entry and validation in Oracle Fusion Payables
• Three-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice)
• Vendor statement reconciliation
• Payment batch preparation and processing
• Responding to routine vendor inquiries
• Filing and document management within Oracle
• Expense report processing

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years AP experience preferred; will consider strong administrative candidates
• Basic familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion experience an asset but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks
• Basic Excel skills
