We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin (highly preferred) and English and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the dealership.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly, respond to customer inquiries, and schedule appointments with accuracy.
- Manage walk-in customers, assist with general questions, and direct them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Take professional photos of vehicles, edit images for consistency, and publish content on social media platforms.
- Upload vehicle images, specifications, and detailed descriptions to the company website, Autotrader, and other online platforms.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize office documents, records, and spreadsheets, including vehicle maintenance fee tracking.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and ensuring information is updated and accurate across systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations and clear communication.
- Monitor and maintain a clean, organized reception area and office environment.
- Support management with additional administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin (highly preferred) and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service abilities and professional phone etiquette.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, and online listing platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
