What You’ll Do The Senior Solution Consultant partners with assigned sales account directors to position Adobe’s Experience Cloud solutions addressing customer business problems, articulating and demonstrating Adobe’s value proposition and business value. The solutions consultant drives sales opportunities providing Adobe's point of view towards the customer business challenges owning the technical sales process -- including delivering customer presentations, aligning customer business issues with Adobe solutions, conducting technical discovery and prioritizing solutions based on customer requirements, delivering compelling demonstrations, conducting proof-of-concept evaluations, and responding to Request for Information (RFI) & Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitations. In addition, this person works across the Adobe ecosystem collaborating on ideas in support of customer success. Industry Focus The Solution Consulting team is responsible for guiding and delivering the most creative solutions supporting the Canadian Public Sector. If you have an enterprise pre-sales background in government or you are just passionate about helping customers solve their business challenges, we want to speak to you! What you will need to succeed:
- Provide thought leadership, mentorship, and professional development for the regional team towards a technical win and customer success
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Presentation skills experience
- Strong listening skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Strong attention to detail, especially hands-on in all the work you’re doing
- Ability to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writing

Ideal Skills & Background
- 3 - 5 years' prior experience in a pre-sales and/or consulting and/or software development role within Enterprise software, cloud-based, and SaaS solutions.
- Product Knowledge- Responsible for supporting the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Previous experience with Adobe technologies or enterprise digital marketing solutions preferred.
- Impactful communications skills such as whiteboarding, presentations, and leading client-facing discovery sessions
- Solid understanding of client-side and server-side scripting technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
- Ability to develop creative solutions to problems
- Ability to effectively demonstrate online marketing solutions especially for Federal customers.
- Previous experience working with Government agencies (preferred)
- Effectively multitask and collaborate with peers
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or related
- Ability to travel 30 - 45%, as needed
- Canadian Citizenship (remote location)
