Adecco Professional is currently hiring for a temporary Project Coordinator job opening in Toronto, ON. Our client is an international management consulting firm supporting their client and is keen to have someone support their client as they work through an office revamp / relocation – a short walk from a TTC stop. This 6-month project is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy workload while put their exceptional customer service, administrative, coordination and attention to detail skills to work all at the same time! The project does not have a hard-stop so could extend or there could be other opportunities with other clients for those who may be open to longer term work in this capacity.
NOTE – primarily Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm with some rare requirements periodically in the evenings so flexibility is key!
Some of the responsibilities of the Project Coordinator job opening in Toronto, ON include, but are not limited to:
- Provide day‑to‑day MAC (Moves, Adds & Changes) support in collaboration with the internal workplace services team.
- Help coordinate and execute small internal moves, typically involving teams of fewer than 15 employees.
- Maintain accurate seating assignments and location data by updating the internal CAFM system.
- Receive, document, and route incoming work order requests to the appropriate teams.
- Monitor and manage MAC‑related tickets to ensure timely follow‑up and completion.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications related to move activities and workplace changes.
- Develop and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and tracking documents using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Other project related duties as assigned and uncovered.
The qualifications for the Project Coordinator job opening in Toronto, ON include:
- Approximately 2+ years’ experience in fast paced Project Coordinator or Corporate Customer Service Administrator or related capacity
- Polished presentation and professional, clear communication skills
- Strengths with the Microsoft Office products; Excel and PowerPoint included
- Ability to navigate floor plans with confidence
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: included in this is patience, good listening, ability to quickly build rapport, strong follow up skills
- High level of detail at all times; asking questions when unsure
- Flexible to assist where needed
