Junior Account Receivable Agent

Adecco is currently seeking a full-time, detail-oriented, and highly organized Accounts Receivable Agent to join our client’s team in Edmonton, AB. This position plays a key role in managing incoming payments and supporting the company’s financial health through effective cash flow management.

We are looking for recent accounting graduates who possess strong customer service skills and can communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Pay Rate: $23.00 / hour
• Location: Edmonton, AB
• Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm - work on site
• Job type: Temporary with possibility of extension | 1-month contract

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit Billing Adjustments
• Collection Calls/Emails
• Sending invoice/Statement copies
• Set up Monthly CC in CyberSource
• Process payments

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work full-time and currently residing in Edmonton, Alberta
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Accounting is required
• Must be available to start immediately
• 1–3 years of experience in collections, call center, or sales-related roles is considered an asset
• Proven customer service experience in an office environment, with regular interaction with clients or customers
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
