As a Destruction Center Specialist for Access, you will be a key part of our fast-growing company in delivering the very best customer experience to our clients. Your Daily Responsibilities As a Destruction Center Specialist, you are responsible for processing and destroying all materials delivered to the records center.

  • You will prepare the recycling bins and boxes full of confidential documents which need to be shredded.
  • You will sort the materials and documents by grade and make sure to discard rubbish.
  • You will transfer the documents from the recycling bins and boxes into the shredding machine.
  • You will prepare the shredded documents to be delivered to a recycling vendor.
  • You will assist the Transportation Specialists in loading and unloading the company vehicles.
  • You will perform any other tasks and projects assigned by your Supervisor.

More About You

  • The physical ability to lift boxes, recycling bins and materials weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Forklift and/pick lift certification an asset.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
