Responsibilities:* As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

• Expected to be an SME and collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the team in application design and configuration.
• Act as the primary contact for all application-related queries.

• Provide innovative solutions to complex problems
• Contribute to key decisions and project milestones Qualifications and Skills:* Minimum 5 years consulting experience with demonstrated experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation, configuration, and support on at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Minimum 3 years in Design & Build Enablement
• Minimum 1 year Configuration & Release Management
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes and best practices
• Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards
• A bachelor’s degree or college diploma
• English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. Preferred Skills:* Experience with Oracle Cloud technologies and tools.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, specifically PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
• Experience reporting to senior client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on and offsite, and offshore functional and technical teams.
