What You'll Be Doing:

• Becoming a team player in our company culture.
• Working and learning alongside our Senior Mechanics.
• Tackling elevator maintenance, service, and trouble shooting.
• Respectfully interacting with our customers on job sites.
• Safely handling and moving materials on job sites and in the shop.
• Keeping diligent and accurate records of your work.
• Taking on additional tasks as needed to get the job done right the first time.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Millwright, Mechanic, or Electrician.
• The ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and instructions.
• Familiarity with Hydraulics is a big plus!
• A solid grasp of basic engineering and construction principles.
• Someone who excels in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is a significant advantage.
