3twenty Modular is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This opportunity is based in Saskatoon, SK, and occasional travel is required.

What you’ll do:
- Assist the Project Manager with the overall schedule, budget, and execution of projects, including developing cost estimates and bid packages and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Support coordination between the client and consultant once the project transitions from sales and design team.
- Organize and identify critical path items and key dates with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the project's successful completion.
- Ensure quality control and safety requirements are considered for all projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Who you’ll work with:The Team: You will collaborate closely with our field leadership, designers, and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects. During the construction phases, you will work closely with our team of carpenters and labourers to bring projects to life.
Collaborators: We form critical relationships with our supply chain and subcontractors to collaborate on designs that result in high-quality, cost-efficient builds for our customers.
Customers: You will work closely with our customers during all project phases. By applying a collaborative, win-win design-build approach, we believe the construction process can be a fun, positive, and rewarding experience for our team and customers.
What you’ll bring:
- A diploma or degree, ideally in an engineering or construction-related field.
- Experience with scheduling software and creating Gantt charts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of provincial and local building codes.
- Good understanding of building science and construction methodology.
- Ability to work independently and take the initiative to identify tasks.
- A construction background is considered an asset.
