Assistant Store ManagerLocation: Vancouver, CanadaSalary: $60,000 - $75,000

We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Store Manager to join a luxury leather goods fashion brand renowned for its exceptional craftsmanship, heritage, and premium product offering. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in delivering an outstanding client experience while supporting the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient performance across all areas.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve sales targets and uphold the brand’s luxury service standards.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Oversee CRM activities, clienteling initiatives, and client development strategies to build long-term relationships.
• Manage operational processes including stock control, logistics, and inventory accuracy.
• Produce and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly trade reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Support visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ management experience within a luxury or premium fashion retail environment (e.g., Assistant Manager, Concession Manager, Supervisor, Team leader, Department Manager).
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team while delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing KPIs and contributing to store profitability.
• Demonstrated expertise across retail operations including:
• Visual merchandising
• Inventory and stock management
• Client development and CRM
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.

Offering

• Competitive salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
