Dental Receptionist - Dr. Randy Berger Oral Surgery

Dr.Randy Berger Oral Surgery located in Regina, SK is looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist. We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the operational hub of a busy oral surgery practice. This role is critical in managing referral flow, coordinating surgical schedules, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. WHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

SCHEDULE:

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Responsibilities:
• Manage incoming referrals and prioritize urgent surgical cases
• Coordinate complex surgical schedules with the clinical team
• Conduct pre-operative patient communication and instructions
• Liaise with referring offices
• Verify insurance and prepare treatment estimates
• Maintain accuracy of patient records
• Support overall clinic flow
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Dental or oral surgery front desk experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of dental terminology and procedures
